Guidelines To Use Your Mobile Card

Here are the instructions to use your mobile card if you choose “Mobile Card” at the checkout:

  1. Once the order is placed, you can find the Mobile Card Orders on the Dashboard page. If your photo is not uploaded, then it will ask you to upload the photo. Below is the screenshot of how it will look.

    If you have already uploaded your photo, you can skip the next step and continue from #3.
  2. Clicking the “Click here” link will take you to the Account Details page, where you can upload your photo. Click “Choose file” to upload a profile picture, and then click the “Save changes” button to upload and save the profile image.
    Note: Your photo will be used to verify your identity, so make sure it’s a clear photo of you. Once your photo is uploaded, it can’t be changed.

  3. Once the photo is uploaded, you will see a “View” button on the Mobile Card Orders.

    When clicking on the “View” button, it will show the mobile card.

  4. Click on the course that you would like to play. On clicking on the course, it will show the course details along with an option to redeem a play.

  5. When you click on the “Redeem” button, it will ask, “Are you sure you want to deduct a play for this course?” When you click on “Ok”, it will redeem one play by marking X.

    Note: You have to show the mobile card to the front desk person at the golf club and redeem a play in front of them.

How to Purchase Golf Package for Yourself?

  1. Go to the Shop page: https://www.wisconsinclassicgolftour.com/shop
  2. Click on the golf package (15/10/6 course package) you would like to purchase. For example, if you click on 6 Course Package, it will take you to the 6 Course Package details page where you have to select 6 courses.

    Note: You should not select the same course twice.

  3. Once the courses are selected, click on the “Add to Cart” button, review the selected courses, and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  4. Complete all the four steps below to place the order.

    On the Shipping section, select either Paper Card or Mobile Card.

    When you select the Paper Card, we will send the paper card to your mailing address, which you have to carry to play a game at the golf course.

    When you select the Mobile Card, it will generate a mobile card in your account, which you can log into your account and redeem a play at the golf club. You will not receive a paper card on selecting a Mobile Card at the checkout.

How to Purchase Golf Package for Friends or Family?

  1. Go to the Shop page: https://www.wisconsinclassicgolftour.com/shop
  2. Choose the Buy for Family/Friend package from the package listing page.
  3. Click on the “Add to Cart” button, review the Cart page, and then click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  4. If you are not logged in, then please login with your account information.
  5. On the Billing section, fill out the billing information.
  6. On the Shipping section, fill out the shipping information if the shipping address is different from the billing address.
  7. Enter the Family/Friend recipient’s email address and click the “Next” button.

    Note: You can enter more than one recipient’s email address when you select the Buy for Family/Friend package quantity over one.

  8. On the Payment info page, add the payment information and click the “Place Order” button.

    Note: Once the order is placed, we will send the coupon code to the receiver’s email address.

How to Redeem Coupon Code You Received from Friend/Family?

Once the recipient receives the email, they need to follow the instructions mentioned below.

  1. Go to the Shop page: https://www.wisconsinclassicgolftour.com/shop
  2. Choose the Course package (which you have been gifted) from the course package listing page. 

    For example, select 6 Course Package if you have received a coupon code for 6 Course Package and then pick the 6 courses.
    Note: You should not select the same course twice.

  3. Once the courses are selected, click on the “Add to Cart” button, review the selected courses, and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
  4. On the Cart page, enter the coupon code which you received on the Coupon Code field and click the “Apply coupon” button.

    Note: The coupon is mapped with the email address, so if you use any other email address to redeem the coupon, it will not work.

  5. Once the coupon code is applied, it will discount the total amount to zero.
  6. Complete all the four steps below to place the order.


    On the Shipping section, select either Paper Card or Mobile Card.

Do I need to upload my photo on the Account Details page?

Yes. Your photo will be used to verify your identity, so make sure it’s a clear photo of you. Once your photo is uploaded, it can’t be changed.

Without a photo uploaded, you cannot use your mobile card.

Can I change my photo from the Account Details page?
No, you can not change your photo once it is uploaded.
Can I share my mobile card with others?
No, you can’t share the mobile card with your friends or relatives.
Will I get a paper card to my address when I select a mobile card at the checkout?
No, you will not get a paper card when you select a mobile card at the checkout.
